BPM Music Therapy LLC provides various in-person services to the community. Through collaborations with healthcare practices and non profits, music therapy is reaching more families in our area. Scroll below to view a description of some of our current offerings.
Family Music Club for Littles
Family Music Club for Littles is a music therapy group for families with children ages 0-3 with support needs. Opportunities for bonding, education around developmentally appropriate uses of music with infants and young children, and community building are key components of this group. Family Music Club for Littles is one of many donor funded music therapy groups offered as part of the Neil C. Patel Music Therapy Program at the Love Works Resource Center in King of Prussia, PA, in collaboration with the NeilStrong Foundation. Shane's Beats From The Heart
Heartbeat recordings are musical recordings in which the recording of a heartbeat is integrated as a key element of the musical product. This specially curated keepsake is made by the music therapist in collaboration with the family, who is integrated throughout the creative process. It is the perfect duet of a child and family, symbolizing their legacy of love. ​
BPM Music Therapy LLC is collaborating with Shane’s Future Days and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP)'s Palliative Care Team to provide these meaningful legacy building opportunities and keepsakes that are helpful for patients and families. Our hope is these recording projects will serve as a support for patient and families through their individual grief processes.
